ABOUT ME
Health and fitness have always been extremely important to me. Having spent the last 15+ years being involved in numerous sporting activities, I chose to pursue a career in the fitness industry. Spending 4 years studying Sport and Exercise Science at Robert Gordon University and working in a gym simultaneously, has cemented my love for sharing my knowledge and experiences and helping others to fulfil their goals!
